The short answer: no. A handful of pre-facelift Tesla Model S owners have attempted to fit a 2016 Tesla Model S bumper to their pre-facelift Model S. They are left with a large hole between the front bumper assembly and the hood bonnet. This hole will lead to unintentional drag as air passes into the frunk and becomes trapped.
