Our new DIY Paint Protection Film Kit (PPF) for Tesla Model S Plaid / Long Range rear trunk bumper luggage shelf is the perfect solution to guard against damaging your paint! The CNC-cut paint protection film has been patterned specifically for the 2021 and up Tesla Model S Plaid / Long Range. Unlike more generic kits, our bumper shelf template extends over the edge of the bumper (not just covering the shelf), protecting the most prone area / edge against damage and scratches. Now when your gear drags across the bumper, rest assured it wont scratch the paint.
The DIY kit comes complete with the PPF film, two spray bottles, and two squeegees for installation. To install our PPF film, simply spray the film and car with a soapy water mix (in one spray bottle), slide the PPF film into place, and carefully squeegee the water out from the center of the film to the edges. It takes some patience, but anyone can do the installation. To help secure the edges in place the second spray bottle can be filled with a 30% isopropyl alcohol / 70% water mix, which can be sprayed under corners or edges to help secure the film during squeegee work.
The kit is offered with one PPF film or two PPF films. If you're experienced and only need single film, go for it. If you want a backup PPF film or a PPF practice film, we offer a deal on two films.
